In the next panel, we see Ash & the others in front of Integra's desk. The desk has a laptop on it. Ash puts the DVD in the CD/DVD slot, and plays the DVD. The DVD picture comes to life, and shows Incognitos face.

Incognito: Hello Hellsing. And…Mr. Williams, allow me to introduce myself. I'm Incognito, and I am the new leader of Millennium. And yes Mr. Williams, it was I who tricked you to attack Alucard. *laugh* the moment that this message ends, you'll all have exactly 5 or 6 hours to prepare your men, and yourselves for a war between me & my army of Deadites & surviving soldiers of the Major's Millennium army.
